We regret that the postage, packaging and insurance incurred in the delivery of the goods to you are direct costs and cannot be refunded.
You can return the goods to us within 14 days in their original condition and packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please obtain proof of postage if returning an item, as claims for lost items without proof of posting will not be accepted. We are unable to refund cost of postage with the exception of faulty goods or where an error has been made with your order.
